In between what’s faint and bright,
Lies the darkness of the night.
Without light to guide the way
We may end up in dismay.
When you know the light returns
It’s as if a candle burns.
When you keep the hope alive
Gloom and shadow won’t deprive.
As you travel, hold it close.
Twilight lights up just for those
Who can see the night will end,
Once unbroken and unbend.
Never yield when lights are gone.
Make it to the break of dawn.
