Pure Shores

When we lose our inner guide
Through self-neglect divorce.

We may drift off out of sight
From our inherit shores.

They who fail to look inside
To harness their own source

Cling to the external fight.
Sometimes without remorse.

They’re subjected to the tide
And often lose their course.

They may try to light their light
By dimming that of yours.

But when you keep shining bright
Their tries will lose their force.

When you stay both strong and right
You will undo all scores.

Whereas you were first denied,
They may instead endorse.

Always stay both pure and white
To beach on perfect shores.
