The longing for love is a natural state,
But when we create
A phase where we end out of balance,
The yearning becomes an obsessive desire.
And when we’re on fire
We’re left with a personal challenge.
When loneliness sells us a circular drive,
That feeds its own life,
The impulse becomes a fixation.
And when we’re engaged in its tightening grip,
Which wield its own whip,
We’re left with a growing temptation.
The wanting becomes an irregular need,
And love turns to greed,
Increasing the chance of rejection.
Cause deep down inside we all certainly long
For love being strong.
We crave for a balanced attraction.
So when we deny our emotional lust,
And manage to trust,
The lack will renew our exposure.
For only an equalized love will suffice
To truly entice.
Find love in a state of composure.
